Rufus is a senior male tri-color Basset Hound, approx. 10 years old. He is very shy but sweet, and needs a special family to look after him as we believe he was mistreated when he was young. He loves other dogs, but human males give him a scare at first, due to probable mistreatment.
Rufus lived with Zoe and Shorty for the last five years (they were all rescued at different times), but their owner had to move to a small apartment and could not keep them.
